We provide homemaker and companion services to older adults and individuals who need in-home support. Services are limited to homemaking and companionship.

GSA Home Care refers independent companions and homemakers to clients seeking Homemaker and Companion Services.

3. Companion Referral Relationship
GSA Home Care acts as a referral agency. We screen, match, and refer companions and homemakers to clients. We carry liability insurance to protect our clients and their families.
4. Client Responsibilities
By requesting services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the service recipient's needs
- Maintain a safe environment for team members in the home
- Notify GSA Home Care promptly of any changes in service needs or schedule
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the individual Client Agreement signed prior to the start of services. GSA Home Care reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
6. Cancellations and Schedule Changes
Cancellation and schedule change policies are outlined in the Client Agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify scheduled services.
7. Limitation of Liability
GSA Home Care is not liable for:
- Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the actions of referred companions or homemakers beyond the scope of agreed Homemaker and Companion Services
- Any health-related decisions or outcomes
- Any third-party services or websites linked from our website
Our total liability in any matter arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.
