We provide homemaker and companion services to older adults and individuals who need in-home support, and we do not provide hands-on personal care or medical services.
2. Services We Provide
GSA Home Care refers independent caregivers to clients seeking Homemaker and Companion Services, including companion care and homemaker services.
We do not provide medical, nursing, or clinical services of any kind. Our caregivers are not licensed medical professionals and are not authorized to perform any medical procedures or provide medical advice.
3. Caregiver Referral Relationship
GSA Home Care acts as a referral agency. We screen, match, and refer caregivers to clients. We carry liability insurance to protect our clients and their families.
4. Client Responsibilities
By requesting services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the care recipient's needs
- Maintain a safe environment for caregivers in the home
- Notify GSA Home Care promptly of any changes in care needs or schedule
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in the individual Client Agreement signed prior to the start of services. GSA Home Care reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
6. Cancellations and Schedule Changes
Cancellation and schedule change policies are outlined in the Client Agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify scheduled care.
7. Limitation of Liability
GSA Home Care is not liable for:
- Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the actions of referred caregivers beyond the scope of agreed Homemaker and Companion Services
- Any medical decisions or outcomes
- Any third-party services or websites linked from our website
Our total liability in any matter arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.
8. Use of Our Website

- Use the website for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website's operation
- Not submit false or misleading information through any forms
